Rok Report! We give you Melissa- A #BayArea native and a true #California girl, Melissa has always had a passion for #health and #fitness. Her life changed course in 2007 when she left her job in finance to pursue that passion and teach fitness classes at a #Bikini #Bootcamp on the beaches of Tulum, Mexico. Upon her return to the Bay Area, Melissa entered the health and #wellness industry and joined Kaiser Permanente’s workforce health team. Her classes focus on proper form and are designed to flow efficiently through the exercises, maximizing your time and your results!
