#Rok this #Holiday #Weekend with Caroline! Caroline was born and raised in Montreal #Canada from a very active family. Summers were spent at a local pool where she competed in swim team, springboard diving, water polo and even tried one season as a synchronized swimmer. Winters were spent on the ski slopes as a ski instructor. Her Job lead her to SF, London, and back to SF. #BodyRok was the most challenging and effective workout Caroline had in years. She likes quick transitions, yet keeping every exercise slow and controlled. She loves seeing our members transform their bodies from practicing our high-intensity style Pilates & cycle.
